Hello, I'm Sy
I write because I believe stories heal. Whether through fiction that explores the messy, beautiful parts of being human, or nonfiction that holds space for grief and hope in the same breath, my work is always about connection.
As an author, songwriter, and speaker, I've spent years exploring the intersection of faith, family, and the courage it takes to keep showing up. My books span genres—from inspirational fiction and spiritual memoir to contemporary romance—but they all share one thing: heart.
I'm also a two-time cancer survivor. That journey shaped my guide Still Standing—a hope-filled companion for anyone facing the fight—and it's at the core of why I write the way I do: honestly, and with hope.
When I'm not writing, you'll find me laughing with friends, traveling to places that feed my soul, or sitting quietly with a good cup of coffee and an even better playlist.
